Who selects the wine?

Leo Monterrey has been curating wines for private and commercial clients for many years. The selection process is very straight forward: taste wine on a regular basis and select to offer only those that are unique and represent the highest quality and value to customers.

I want to order a wine no longer on the website. How do I order it?

How long before I receive my wine?

Orders ship within 10 business days during regular shipping season. In the hot summer months we can hold your order until the weather conditions for shipping are suitable.

Adult signature (21 or older) is required. Packages can not be left at the door.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All mayor Credit Cards.

Can I buy over the phone?

All orders must be placed through the website.

Will I be charged sales tax?

The sales tax quoted at checkout is based on the shipping address you provide. The amount includes both state and local taxes, where applicable.

What is your cancellation and return policy?

CANCELLATION

Orders placed and payment processed are subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the purchase amount. If the order has been already shipped that cost too will be assessed.

RETURNS

Orders delivered and then returned or declined by the buyer, including returned due to failed delivery attempts as result of adult signature not available will be refunded less original shipping charges, return shipping charges, and a restocking fee of 10% of the purchased amount.
