Superbloom is a unique, zero-zero wine that defies categorization, inspired by the wildflowers that bloom in the desert after a rainy season, signaling the arrival of warmer, happier days. This fifth vintage embodies the "violet hour" – the moment right after sunset before the stars emerge, making it the perfect companion for summer apéros with food and friends.
Originally a wild idea, Superbloom is a complex, utterly unique "California Table Wine" made by co-fermenting red and white Rhône varieties from a single vineyard, without adding or removing anything in the cellar. Typically consisting of half to two-thirds white grapes and the balance red, it offers a spicy nose and plenty of texture from the red grapes, complemented by beautiful, salted watermelon, rhubarb notes, and a clean, mineral finish from the white grapes.
Superbloom was initially created to express the specialness of the Love Ranch vineyard in the Sierra Foothills, and it continues to captivate wine enthusiasts with its unique blend of colors, flavors, and aromas, making it the perfect embodiment of the vibrant, joyful spirit of a superbloom.
