Dremont & Savart represents the latest vinous venture from terroir-obsessed vigneron Frederic Savart and a passionate team dedicated to promoting Champagne's most exceptional vineyard sites. Conceived in 2014 after recognizing certain prime terroirs lacked proper recognition, this project aims to create benchmark single-vineyard cuvées from the region's greatest plots. The team comprises Savart as the guiding force, a skilled broker identifying ideally-situated parcels, tasting authorities handling distribution and marketing, and Champagne Drémont contributing coveted Grand Cru holdings in the Côte des Blancs villages. With uncompromising standards and complete transparency to terroir expression, Dremont & Savart has quickly emerged as a new benchmark from one of Champagne's most innovative and respected personalities.
