This 2018 Salanques shows in the glass a medium garnet red color. In the nose, concentrated aromas of black fruits, spices, blueberries and slightly smoky notes. On the palate, we find intense acidity that fully supports the fruit, making the perfectly ripe fruit appear fresh. A beautiful minerality gives this wine an extra dimension. The fruit and acidity, which remain perfectly balanced, pull incredibly long.
