The 2021 Zinfandel Jack's Cabin Vineyard is savory and herbaceous aromatically, with aromas of cedar, black truffle, sage, and black plum. The palate is ripe and fleshy with chewy ripe tannins and saturated with baked blackberry, espresso, and violets. It’s a fleshy and more dense style of red to drink over the next few years.
