The 2018 harvest began with a cool spring resulting in a later bud break. Temperatures were moderate throughout the growing season with very few heat spikes, a slow and steady vintage. Mild temperatures are ideal for Sauvignon Blanc and allow for the sugars to gradually mature while the grapes retain their natural acidity.
