Andreola winery is located in the heart of the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore zone. "Bolle" is produced in a picturesque town called Col San Martino. The wine was first produced in 1984 on vines planted in loamy clay and sandstone subsoils. The wine is composed of 100% Incrocio Manzoni, clone 13.0.25, named after Professor Luigi Manzoni, which is a cross between Rabosa Piave and Moscato Ambugro. This bright and fresh expression of Prosecco rosé finishes totally dry.
