The remaining 6% is Pinot Noir from Verzenay, vinified as red wine to give the colour.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eReserve wines make up 40% of the blend, most of them drawn from the house's perpetual reserve. The wine spends at least two and a half years on its lees and rests for several months after disgorgement. Dosage is a low 6 g\/l.
