A blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier. Focus on preserving the red fruit character of the Pinots in the blend. Aged for 2 years on the lees. Attractive white gold colour with aromas of raspberry and apple. More fruit on the palate and fine structured acidity. Clean long finish.
