A blend of Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, and Mourvèdre from pebbly clay and limestone soil. Red garnet in colour with notes of jammy dark fruit, cherry, licorice, and spice on the nose. Very round on the palate with mellow tannins and a finish dominated by spices, particularly pepper notes, and notes of fresh and preserved purple and red fruits. A perfect wine to pair with grilled meat, game, or hard cheeses.
