"The 2015 Cep Sonoma Coast Pinot noir is downright delicious. The grapes are 95% from the 35 acres of Pinot noir we grow at our Estate vineyard and the remaining barrel comes from Twin Hill Ranch in the Sebastopol Hills. The wine delivers the balance, elegance and complexity you would expect from de-classified barrels of Peay Vineyards Estate Pinot noirs. The high-toned floral nose is captivating with raspberry/strawberry notes mingled with deeper iron, anise and tea notes. The mouth feel is light yet full-flavored with a medium length finish brought into focus by refreshing acidity. There is great complexity, quite unlike any other Pinot noir you will find in this price range. 13.1% alc."
