Here is a new discovery of our visit to the "Wine Paris" show! A very clear yellow Saint Veran with aromas of fresh almond and honey. It is a wine-focused on pleasure, all roundness with a nice minerality! As an aperitif or with beautiful fish, this is a great entry into Burgundy.
