The 2019 Savigny-lès-Blanc Vieilles Vignes is a blend of three vineyards planted in the 1960s. It has a pleasant bouquet of Golden Delicious apple and slightly resinous/waxy aromas. The palate is well balanced with a tangy opening, touches of marmalade linking well to the spicy candied fruit on the finish. Drink over the next decade.
