Château Simon is now one of the institutions of the mondovino. It has indeed forged a golden reputation for its complex and deep wines, cut for laying down. This rosé testifies to the success of its sire thanks to its very deep salmon color which announces an intense aromatic bouquet. We thus find on the nose notes of red fruits (strawberry, raspberry, currant, Morello cherry), very ripe white-fleshed fruits (vineyard peach), and flowers.
