This is Clos Cibonne's easy drinking red: made from mostly Tibouren, this wine will make you re-evaluate what you think you know about reds from Provence. Great with a slight chill. Temperature-controlled maceration for a few days. After fermentation the wine is aged for 4 months in old oak barrels. Charming freshness in this unusual red. Fruity, light, and very aromatic.
