100% Molinara, one of the 3 main red grapes of Valpolicella. Light, but serious and structured red, concentrated with lots of stuffing, packed with red cherry fruits, savory forest floor and dried herbs. Made in a natural, hands-off style. Low sulfur, minimal intervention in the cellar.
