After the harvest (of course manually) the grapes are manually destemmed. After this, the grapes go whole into new barriques. This is where the fermentation takes place. After 12 months, the wine is crossed again on new barriques. The wine stays on this for another 6 months. Deep dark black fruits and the expression of top syrah in everything. Beautiful wood influences and a refined elegant finish. Great wine that belongs to the absolute top of South Africa.
