A blend of Pinot Auxerrois and Chardonnay from a long-time organic estate in Alsace. Very classy, dry and framed by mineral cut. There's enough golden fruit and brioche on the nose to give the sense of broadness, but overall it's a clean and fresh traditional style sparkler.
