A blend of typical Corsican grape varieties, this white wine with the Vin de France appellation is certified organic and biodynamic. Thus, the berries were harvested manually, carefully sorted and pressed directly into whole harvests. After a static settling and an alcoholic fermentation in demi-muids, the wine was aged on its lees for 9 months then in tank for 2 months. Finally, the wine was aged 6 months in bottles. Its pale yellow color reveals delicious aromas of ripe yellow fruits and exotic fruits. On the palate, a nice freshness brings body and length to this attractive white wine.
