Chilled before drinking. Clear, pale wheat straw color with a green tint. Fresh cut green hay, a damp limestone spring house and lavender aromas. Smooth, slightly creamy with a fresh svelte mouthfeel, 400-grit texture and a solid medium body. Apple, citrus and pear flavors, a little crispness…but, fairly light acidity and a long dry mineral finish. Wow, Wow, Wow this was a delicious white wine!!! Vegetative, super east drinking and a unique austere character.
