The 2019 Bourgogne Blanc Les Femelottes comes from vines located in Puligny’s lower reaches. It has an attractive, simple bouquet of Golden Delicious apple plus a touch of orange peel and peach skin. The palate is slightly waxy in texture on the entry. A very nuanced Bourgogne Blanc with a delicate hint of ginger that enlivens the finish. Moderate length. Enjoy over the next 3–5 years.
