This is Remi's only wine from bought-in fruit, so not certified organic. Half the fruit comes from the bottom of Puligny-Montrachet, and half he buys in the Mâconnais. Bright, lemony at first and then minerals take over, easily approachable, a lovely cool fresh slightly greenish fruit expression. Supple and with nice length.
