All the estate whites were again harvested together and co-fermented in neutral oak barrels with spontaneous fermentation and went through full malolactic fermentation. The winery really achieved a great balance with rich mouthfeel and a crisp finish. A floral nose of jasmine and honeysuckle, richly textured mid-palate with more honeysuckle finishing crisp with rose and spice.
