Produced by the Gassier Family, the Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah grapes for Sables D'Azur 2021 rosé are sustainably-grown and the winery is certified organic. Look for bright red berry, grapefruit, fine herb and stony mineral flavours on the palate. The Gassier family is one of the oldest wine families established in Provence.
