With a pale yellow color, it is slightly fruity, well-balanced, with a clean taste and a lively finish. At a cold temperature (+10°C) it expresses sweet notes of ginger. At higher temperatures, its fresh scent really stands out. It expresses notes of red apples and reveals the refreshing sweetness of comice pears.
