Dry Riesling made by a masterful winemaker. The estate was founded by Becker's grandfather in 1893 and his father was a comrade of pioneering German wine importer Frank Schoonmaker. He still makes wine in the old fashioned methods, often using a quick ferment with wild yeasts and prolonged aging. Astounding example of why Riesling is a king among grapes.
