"Bright, light yellow. Reticent aromas of lemon, menthol and minerals. A step up in material from the Crays, with the crystallized lemon peel and spicy oak flavors showing a touch of sweetness and good lift. The crop level here was under 55 hectoliters per hectare, noted Manciat. Finishes with good citrussy lift but also slightly peppery and dry-edged, no doubt still a bit shocked by the bottling. I'd wait until next summer to start drinking this wine. Nov 2017."
