It is vinified in a large open-topped wooden vat, then matured two years in French oak tonneaux, one year in large casks and three years in bottle, and is released six years after the vintage.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLuciano Sandrone started making wine in the family garage in the 1970s and now runs the Barolo estate with his son Luca.
