The 2022 Aerides is all Xynisteri, unoaked and coming with four grams of residual sugar, 6.6 grams per liter of total acidity and 12.3% alcohol. It was sourced from ungrafted vines at 35 to 40 years in age. In bottle a bit less than two months when seen, this is a friendly Xynisteri without a lot of precision, but it has a fruity conclusion. In its youth, it does show a little grip on the finish.
