This pure Chardonnay is vinified then aged in wood, without adding sulfur. The 2015 Avize Cramant cuvée has a pale gold color with slightly green reflections. Its bubbles are incredibly fine. On the first nose, we discover citrus notes, then a touch of sweet spices. On the palate, the wine is tight, while offering a nice creamy texture. The finish vibrates for long seconds on the palate. A superb cuvée which will be perfect for an aperitif, but will also lend itself to beautiful pairings, especially with seafood.
