The 2018 Chardonnay opens with tones of honey, marshmallow, toasted nuts, mushroom powder and wet hay with a core of quince paste and peaches. It’s expressive and dynamic in the mouth, silky in texture and segueing from a tight entry to broad, savory fruits, energized by tangy acidity and finishing long, minerally and ethereal. Wonderfully unique and absolutely delicious.
