The ripe, highly concentrated Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are picked by hand in small baskets. Malolactic fermentation takes place in French and American oak barrels, where the wine is then matured for a year. The wine is bottled without filtration and is further matured in the winery for a minimum of 6 months. Transparent, ruby color. The bouquet has a typical Cabernet from the Calchaqui valley - full of red fruit, with a strong hint of pepper. The taste is round and full. Dark fruit and chocolate with a perfectly integrated round tannin.
