The south-south-west exposed Neuenberg is historically one of the most important parts of the Ayler Kupp mountain. On the oldest vineyard document in the world (the tax card from 1835), the "Neuberg" is the only one to be described by name in Ayl. New vines were planted here almost 25 years ago. Now that his stormy “youth” is over and the vines have now “grown up”, all his strength is revealed. Mineral size, fruity heaviness and infinite length on the palate. A real great guy with a lot of storage and maturation potential.
