Fruit is sourced from two different vineyards in AOP Anjou. 50% of the fruit is from a vineyard that is dominated with limestone soils and 50% of the fruit comes from a vineyard with predominantly schist soils.
Vineyards are planted at a density of 5000 vines per hectare at an altitude of 30m above sea level. Farming practices are organic and techniques follow the lunar calendar. Grapes are hand-harvested. Yields are approximately 40 hl/ha.
