The 2018 Barbaresco Roncaglie is lifted with aromas of fresh wild strawberry, rose petals, fresh herbs, and dusty earth. The palate is medium-bodied and pretty, with dried red raspberry, dried apricot, and tea leaf. There are building, angular tannins and refreshing, vibrant acidity. This is a lovely wine with lots of energy and finesse.
