The fruit for Incubo is exclusively sourced from the Pott's Mount Veeder estate. A blend of 98% Cabernet Sauvignon & 2% Cabernet Franc. Opening with aromas of red and black currants, plum, and forest floor. The palate is met with bright cherry, raspberry, toffee, tar and cocoa. Rich, dense and solidly structured, the wine is bold and fresh with perfect acidity and firm tannins, showing lots of promise for a wonderful future. A potentially legendary Cabernet Sauvignon for the collector.
