The more than six years of maturation gives it a bright, strong, golden color. The nose is very balsamic, somehow Mediterranean, a little minty, light baking notes and soft anise, a hint of salt and the characteristic mineral notes. A wonderful structure on the palate as well as an enveloping, silky texture, very fine bubbles, aromas of toast and butter, as well as a little Granny Smith. A great lively acidity, an incredible volume, pure tension. A long, pleasantly bitter finish, typical of wines from the Conca del Riu Anoia. A characteristic sparkling wine.
