
Unlike a conventional champagne which is Brut (very dry) or a Sparkling Moscato which is to the other extreme, Dulce (very sweet), our blend of macabeo and airén varietals lives in the more subtle, semi-seco category (moderately sweet, semi-dry). The wine presents a delicate, yellow-gold color. There is a lively release of bubbles that creates a long-lasting foam crown. In the nose you will detect white fruits of apple and pear, enhanced by a hint of tropical fruit and white clover.
