The Roblet-Monnot estate is one of the best known in Burgundy, present in many appellations and offering a wide variety of cuvées, all of high quality. By converting his vines, mainly located in Volnay and Pommard, to organic cultivation, Pascal Roblet-Monnot has also made his wines evolve towards a finesse and subtlety, which is ideally reflected in his Hautes Côtes de Beaune red made from old pinots.
