The Rodica Malvazija is made from 100% Malvazija Istriana. All grapes were hand-harvested at high levels of ripeness and fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel. After fermentation, 25% of the wine is aged for six months in large acacia barrels, with the rest in stainless steel. After which, the wine is bottled unfiltered. In the glass, the wine pours a brilliant mid-gold, emitting intense aromas of wild flowers and peach. The Rodica Malvazija is textured and round on the palate with balanced acidity and great depth of flavor. The finish is elegant and refreshing. Enjoy with truffle pasta, whole-grilled bronzino or lobster.
