Champagne Blend is a name used for sparkling wines made from any one or more of the classic grape varieties used in Champagne: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. The most common combination by far is Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in roughly equal parts; Pinot Meunier really only comes into play in real, pure-blooded Champagne.
