Quite clearly vegetal, slightly smoky nose reminiscent of green asparagus with restrained yellow fruity notes, yeasty and floral traces as well as a hint of wax and butter. Ripe, slightly warm fruit, appropriate acidity, delicate grip, buttery and caramel nuances, a hint of candy and sweetish creaminess, some warmth on the palate, nutty notes, hint of yellow spiciness, good to very good, spicy, delicately sweet again on the finish.
