A 100% Gamay whole cluster macerated for 12 days followed by fermentation in vats which are dug in the ground. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with no added sulfur. The wine is a pure expression of fruit. It's vibrant, fresh, rustic, and textured, with an earthy palate and an elegant finish that has just the right grip.
