Delicate pink in color, this rosé from from the Languedoc Roussillon captures the terroir of Southern France in a glass. Notes of white flowers, peach and fresh picked strawberry waft out of the glass. On the palate you initially find the expression of its terroir - richness from the sandstone and finesse from the limestone. The wine then opens up with the notes of stone fruit - white plums and apricots - balanced with a light salinity. The wine has a balanced structure and nice weight on the palate, with a clean, lingering finish.
