A blend of varieties from different places in Mendoza and based on 50% syrah and 30% cabernet, and the rest is malbec. The wine is inspired by an old style of winemaking in Argentina that mixes varieties in the vineyard (not the case here), harvesting late and vinifying in concrete and meant to be drunk by the family. This is an ample, enveloping wine with rich texture and alcohol that lends a smooth sensation in the tannins and a charming sweetness. The rest is lots of ripe and enveloping fruit.
