This Crémant has a clear color with golden reflections letting out fine strings of bubbles. Its nose is a blend of fresh aromas of acacia, green apple and white peach and more evolved notes of butter, dried fruit and nougatine, due to its particularly long aging on slats. It also gives it great complexity and a nice roundness in the mouth.
