Falanghina Beneventana, which grows in the Beneventano zone (the clue is in the name), is actually a distinct variety from the more common Falanghina Flegrea that grows throughout much of Campania. Grape academia aside, this is a beautiful wine offering pretty floral notes, pear, apple, and a touch of mineral lifted by crisp acidity.
