The Steinertal vineyard is located at the eastern end of the Wachau, between the Loibenberg and the Pfaffenberg. The old name “Steingraben” refers to the character of the ditch, as the location opens up like an amphitheater. The nose reveals aromas of juicy stone fruit, limes and some nashi pears, as well as hints of fine tropical fruit, framed by subtle peppery herbal spices. Juicy on the palate, elegant, with great freshness and good length.
