Deep violet-red color. Very expressive with spice aromas and ripe red pepper and cherry notes. Great amplitude in the mouth, with a very good structure and a soft, elegant and persistent finish. Ideal pairing with grilled, roaste or smoked red meat, goat and sheep cheeses, rice, stews and pasta. Excellent with chocolate.
