Vermut Blanco is made from Fino and Moscatel sherries. Fino gives dry minerality and almond characteristics, with moscatel imparting a sweet, yet floral, citrus peel finish. The result is a light and refreshing vermouth, bright golden yellow, with a markedly bitter end.
